Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact Us:
   • Email us at info@ctenshiartist.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Shipping:
   • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
   • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Inspection and Refund:
   • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@ctenshiartist.com.au.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ctenshiartist.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
